- You have the right to express a preference to receive services from a particular practitioner.
- You will be given the first available appointment to see the Doctor of your choice.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- You will be encouraged to see the same Doctor that you have seen previously with the same complaint.
Please note that one appointment is for one person only.
If you feel you need to see a Doctor urgently and are not able to wait for the next available appointment, you will be offered an appointment with the Doctor who is on call. The Doctor that you see may not be the Doctor of your choice.
Please try to attend the surgery if at all possible. Do not be offended by questions the Reception Staff ask; they are asked to ascertain the urgency of each case.
If you cannot keep an appointment we would be grateful if you could inform us as soon as possible as this appointment could be offered to someone else.
Telephone appointments are available. Please let the Receptionist know the nature of your call so that the Doctor can have the necessary information to hand.
Appointments for the Nurse
We operate a booked appointment system for all Clinics. When booking your appointment please let Reception know what your appointment is for so that they can advise you when would be the best time for you to come and the length of appointment you require.
